Service Area
✓ Online across Australia
✓ In person in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
Sessions are delivered online Australia-wide, or in person around Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. If you're outside that area, get in touch and we'll work out what's possible.
Rates & Invoicing
✓ ABN 82 641 885 903
✓ Invoiced to plan managers or participants
Rates are provided on enquiry and set in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Plan-managed participants are invoiced directly through their plan manager, and self-managed participants are invoiced directly for claiming. Every invoice includes the details needed to process a claim, including ABN, participant details, session dates and support descriptions.
Service Agreements
✓ Written agreement before we begin
✓ Clear supports, rates and terms
A written service agreement is put in place before mentoring starts. It sets out the supports being delivered, session length and frequency, rates, cancellation terms and how we'll communicate, so participants, families and support teams all have the same information from day one.
Cancellations
✓ Two clear business days notice
✓ Terms set out in your agreement
Life happens, and plans change. I ask for two clear business days notice to reschedule or cancel a session where possible, so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellation terms follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are set out clearly in your service agreement.
Creative mentoring isn’t about producing perfect artwork. It’s about using meaningful creative projects to build confidence, independence and practical skills while encouraging creativity, self-expression and personal growth. Creative mentoring is skill development and capacity building, not clinical therapy or creative arts therapy, and it complements rather than replaces therapeutic or clinical supports.
